Job Summary
A Football Franchise in Florida seeks a motivated individual to join their team as a Member Experience Specialist.
This position will manage all complaints from all fans and clients in a professional manner. Additional responsibilities will include meeting daily volume goals and meet annual season ticket goals.
Successful candidates will have a Bachelor's degree and the ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with clients.
