Assistant Track & Field/Cross Country Coach

Job Summary

The position will be in charge of helping the coach of track and field/cross country in terms of overseeing and recruiting coordinating for cross country and distance events.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Planning, organizing, executing all the facets of cross country
• Gives event specific instruction
• Identifying and recruiting of student athletes
• Serves as the Academic Liaison of the team
• Other related tasks

 Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field
• 3 years of coaching experience
• Strong skills communications/interpersonal/organizational
• Can work varying days/hours
