Facility Maintenance Technician I

Job Summary

The position will be in charge of providing mechanical aptitude that can ensure efficient and safe building maitnenance practices are being adhered.

Duties:

• Completion of work order requests
• Execution of minor HVAC troubleshooting and preventative maintenance
• Building automation systems monitoring
• Other related tasks

Qualifications:

• 5 years facility maintenance experience preferred
• 5 years experience in HVAC trade experience
• Strong skills communications/time management
• Attentive to detail
• Can multitask at work
