Job Summary

• Ideating, creating and executing content across platforms to supplement and enhance the club’s daily efforts


• Be the club’s voice on Twitter during home games and on all platforms including Twitter, Instagram and Facebook during road games


• Lead the club’s strategy on TikTok and emerging platforms


• Oversee posting of MLB’s branded content requests


• Stay on top of trends and be nimble enough to jump on them in a timely manner

• Assist with social media analytic reports and projects

• Candidates must have a deep and detailed knowledge of baseball and the MLB Team, and a keen editorial sense


• Experience with Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok is required


• Excellent writing and proof-reading skills, including superior attention to detail, a strong handle of grammar, punctuation and Twitter voice


• Attention to detail is a must


• Proficiency in Photoshop or similar photo editing software, Adobe Premiere, and Microsoft Office


• Proactive thinker who brings creativity to his/her job every day


• Ability to multitask, prioritize and problem solve, and manage time effectively within a fast-paced environment


• Ability to work in outside elements if necessary
