Job Summary

This position is responsible for promoting the philosophy and objectives of the intercollegiate athletics program, including adherence to all department policies and procedures, as well as the rules and regulations of the University, the Pac-12 Conference, and the NCAA. Candidates who promote and enhance diversity are strongly desired.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Two years of experience working in a collegiate or professional football program

Professional Competencies

• Knowledge of recruitment process for Division I football student-athletes
• Knowledge and expertise of NCAA compliance rules and regulations
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with staff, coaches, student-athletes, athletic department constituents, and athletic department personnel from different backgrounds
