Job Summary
This position will assist the Head Coach with the coordination and preparation of the university's football team. The Defensive Backs Coach's specific duties include:
- Recruiting student-athletes.
- Developing success plans for "academically at-risk" student-athletes.
- Exhibiting a commitment to academic success.
A Bachelor's degree is required, with a Master's degree preferred. At least two years of coaching at the collegiate level are needed. Applicants should know NCAA Divison II Rules and Regulations.
