Job Summary
The position will be providing customer support and best practices for the teams using the platform.
Some of what you will be doing:
- Helping to set up the seats, ticket prices and events
- Creating and maintaining positive relations with clubs and tickets.com
- Helping to perform league and club analytics
- Duplicating and communicating client issue
- Other related tasks
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 2 years relevant work experience
- Can work on weekends
- Computer literate (MS office and other new technology)
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Client service oriented
