Job Summary
The position will be overseeing the daily operations of the Loyalty Program while ensuring we will deliver memorable and unique experiences to grow fan base.
Duties of the Coordinator of Fan Experience:
- Helping in the daily program management
- Serving as the front line for the program
- Helping to communicate planning and implementing to Insiders
- Supporting and providing assistance with Insiders promotion
- Providing administrative support for the Fan Council
- Other related tasks
What you need:
- Bachelor's degree
- 2 years relevant work experience
- Strong skills customer service/communications/organizational
- Self starter and collaborative
