Baseball Trainee - Tickets Seasonal Part-time

Job Summary

This is a seasonal position that can vary in length from 4-6 months (February-July) based on the schedule of the candidate and the needs of the organization.  This trainee position for the Holly Springs Salamanders will be primarily focused on ticket sales. Individual will make sales calls and manage accounts; extensive phone work including incoming, outgoing, and follow-up calls; concentrating on ticket sales. 

This individual will prospect leads and send mass mailings; includes follow up work; will facilitate season ticket packages and group outings; taking, inputting, and processing of orders; problem solving with regard to season and group orders and ticket related events.  A willingness to actively promote Holly Spring Salamanders tickets to the general public is necessary.  Position requires a creative, positive, friendly, and helpful attitude and exceptional communication skills.

The ideal candidate will be an organized self-starter with a strong work ethic and an understanding of essential customer service skills.  The candidate should be receptive to instruction and adaptable to various work environments.
