Clubhouse Manager Intern

Job Summary

Duties Include but not limited to:

• Manages player equipment and uniforms 
• Inventory helmets, bats, game/batting practice baseball, and laundry supplies
• Wash/clean uniforms and equipment as needed
• Manages the home and away clubhouse to make sure it is clean before and after each game
• Helps during the game with equipment needs for players, coaches, and umpires 
• Works closely with Grounds Crew team in making sure fields are set up/tore down properly each day
• Other tasks as needed; we are all part of a team and will help each other accomplish all duties  

Requirements for the position include:

• Needs to be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized 
• Ability to work long hours, nights, and weekends
• Some heavy lifting may be required 
• Knowledge of the game of baseball 
• Has the ability to meet deadlines 
• Positive attitude and provide a strong effort to succeed

Time Period

The season runs from June and July, with games played 5-7 days a week. All interns will arrive on June 7th, a week before the beginning of the season, or as soon as possible (start time is somewhat flexible). The internship ends shortly after the conclusion of the season.
