Job Summary

The position will be in charge of leading, managing and overseeing the Sports Medicine and Strength and Conditioning programs to prevent injuries while optimizing the performance of student athletes.

The Director of Sports Medicine will be responsible for:

Ensuring compliance with all the rules of college/conference/NCAA
Be the Health Care Athletics Administrator of NCAA
Managing and supervising of sports medicine staff
Evaluating of staff members
Managing of daily operations
Overseeing the hiring/supervising of athletic training aides
Coordinating with athletic trainers for CEU licensing
Other related tasks

Minimum Qualifications:

Master's degree
10 years clinical experience
Certified Athletic Trainer credential
Current PA State licensure
