Job Summary

The position will be developing a competitive and successful NCAA Division II basketball program while supporting the success of student athletes.

Duties of the Head Caoch:

• Implementing the recruiting and retention plan
• Administering all the facets of program while ensuring compliance
• Managing and operating within the budget parameters
• Ensuring satisfactory academic performance for student athletes
• Establishing and ensuring a safe environment for student athletes
• Other related tasks

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 2 years head coaching experience
• Valid driver's liense
• Computers basic knowledge
• Strong skills communication/interpersonal
