Job Summary

Job Summary:

The Manager of Program Operations is a position that requires project and event management skills, familiarity with web site management principles and practices, and the ability to work cross departmentally. This person is responsible for management of educational programs including the delivery over multiple channels including in person and online platforms.

Job Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Sport’s Management, Communications or related field or equivalent
- Master’s Degree is preferred

Minimum 3 years experience in management of event, websites, web based programs, social media, online education systems or project/program management.

Swimming experience preferred.

Strong leader with people management skills

Excellent verbal and written skills

Detail oriented, self-starting

Technical skills: computer skills including Word, Excel, HTML, and Powerpoint with embedded video, web design, familiarity with web based applications including Zoom, Adobe Connect, Microsoft PowerBI, Qualtrics and Cvent.
