Group Sales/Hospitality Intern

Job Summary

• Manage preparation for all picnic areas


• Manage gameday staff in picnic areas


• Communicate with group leaders to ensure fulfillment and customer satisfaction


• Assist Account Executives in preparing and executing all group events


• Communicate with Director of Food and Beverage for food preparation for all group events


• Assist in inventory controls in picnic areas


• Assist in stocking picnic areas for all games and events


• Represent the organization at community events

• Perform additional duties assigned by supervisors

• Must have ability to think on one’s feet as well as work with a wide variety of personalities.


• Must have ability to lift up to 50 lbs. without assistance.


• Internship runs from May – September.


• Must provide own housing and must be available for entire duration of 2017 season.
