Home Clubhouse Manager (Seasonal)

Job Summary

• Manage batboys and clubhouse assistants including hiring, scheduling, and tracking time 


• Report payroll weekly for all batboys and clubhouse assistants 


• Delivery of postgame meals Shop for team essentials including refrigerated and personal items 


• Travel – Assist the travel coordinator including meeting the team at the airport, loading equipment, tagging airport bags, retrieving airport reservations and other travel assistance as assigned 


• Work closely with General Manager Manage clubhouse budget 


• Oversee clubhouse operations including setup, laundry, pre and post-game player meals·         


• Other duties as assigned 

• Ability to work all home games 


• Previous experience managing employees 


• Previous experience managing a budget 


• Extensive knowledge of baseball preferred but also the ability to learn and study the league and players 


• Self-starter with a strong work ethic, high attention to detail and organization, and strong time management skills
