Event Operations Intern

Job Summary

• Assist and work directly with the Event Management team in event setup and preparation


• Help Guest Service Manager oversee Experience Team and enforce policies and procedures


• Become familiar with 24/7 Incident Management System and be the point person for incident reporting


• Create, Distribute, and Track credentials and parking passes


• Manage radio distribution, maintenance, and tracking


• Build and edit matchday and event information guides

• Ability to work independently, prioritize, and make quick and decisive decisions with confidence


• Strong communication skills


• Clearly, effectively, and professionally interact with staff, supervisors, fellow departments, contractors, and the public


• Commitment to diversity and inclusion both internally and externally


• Ability to walk, stand, and climb stairs and ramps during the entire shift (8 – 12 hours)


• Ability to lift, carry, and transport large boxes and items in excess of 25 lbs


• Availability to work long and irregular hours including nights, weekends, holidays, MLS games and special events including but not limited to soccer, concerts, and banquets
