Job Summary
POSITION DESCRIPTION
Ticket Scanners work gamedays as the first face fans will see when entering the stadium. Ticket Scanners provide excellent customer service when assisting gameday patrons with scanning tickets and answering general ticket or stadium questions. They are also responsible for helping to monitor health and safety protocols. The work environment for this position is outdoors.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide excellent customer service, problem solving and communication skills.
- Scan tickets and assist with other stadium operations as needed.
- Such other duties, activities, and roles as the company from time to time may designate in its sole and absolute discretion.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication, customer service and problem-solving skills.
- All tickets are contactless – experience navigating smartphones and mobile device apps.
- Dependable, trustworthy with strong interpersonal skills.
