Head Men's and Women's Cross Country Coach

Job Summary

The position will be planning and administering sport specific program while providing vision/leadership/overseeing of current student athletes, prospect athletes, parents, alumni, etc.

Duties:

• Instructing about physical health, team concepts, safety
• Identifying and recruiting qualified student athletes
• Selection of rostered team members
• Maintaining of acceptable win/loss records
• Monitoring of academic progress
• Other related tasks

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; Master's degree preferred
• 3 years experience in coaching/recruiting
• MIAC Code of ethics knowledge
