               Director of Football Creative Design Job Posting

The Naval Academy Athletic Association has an opening for a full-time position as the Director of Football Creative Design.  This position is responsible for assisting the Director of Player Personnel and the Recruiting Coordinator in the overall marketing of the program through the creation of inspiring and innovative visuals that will be used to communicate with and recruit prospective student-athletes across all forms of social media.  Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to: Directing the design, creation, and output of all creative media for the Naval Academy Football program; Manage all Navy Football social media accounts; Film and produce video highlight videos to be used on social media; Oversee the communication plan for prospective student athletes; Serve as the lead graphic designer for the Navy Football team with a primary focus on creating visual graphics for recruiting prospective student athletes.  Applicants should have a college degree.  This position has a competitive salary and benefits commensurate with the successful candidate's experience and qualifications. NAAA is a non-profit, non-government 501C3 organization supporting the Physical Mission at the United States Naval Academy, including administering a highly successful and competitive NCAA Division I intercollegiate varsity and club sports athletic program.
