Executive Athletics Specialist

Job Summary

The position will be in charge of supporting the operational functions of the department while overseeing the general office tasks while helping the athletic eligibility.

Duties

• Helping with athletic eligibility processing
• Maintains current official rosters
• Processing of department budget transactions
• Preparing of budget assessment reports
• Helping to coordinate team travel arrangements
• Attends to general office functions
• Other related tasks

Qualifications

• High school or GED
• 3 years similar work experience
• Strong skills communication
• Attentive to detail
• Can multitask at work
• MS office Suite/Banner/prophix proficient
