Athletic Intern, Ticket Operations

Job Summary

The position will be in charge of delivering top notch customer phone support and through ticket window while on game days.

Duties include:

• Overseeing of game day operations and overall season operation
• Helping to manage student workers
• Helping to process, print, mail, distribute tickets
• Helping the operation staff to coordinate promotions
• Other related tasks

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• Computer and other software proficiency
• Strong skills communications
• Can maintain NCAA compliance
