Associate Director of Audio Visual Technology

Job Summary

The position will be overseeing and developing the Audio Visual Technology Engineers and Technicians while leading the audio visual technical and creative development.

Duties

• Leading the AV department to ensure the staff will grow and learn
• Managing responsibilities for all tasks and services
• Maintaining of budget/research
• Establishing and executing ongoing training and certification programs
• Overseeing the creation of all in venue LED/Video/graphics
• Other related tasks

Qualifications

• Associate's degree and/or 10 years equivalent work experience
• 7 years experience leading enterprise venue
• Hands on experience hardware troubleshooting
