Associate Director Venue Ticketing

Job Summary

Southwestern Professional Basketball Team looking for an Associate Director of Venue Ticketing.

Job responsibilities include:

• Leading the development and growth of your team including your one direct report and serve as support for the remaining team members.
• Oversees building all arena events in Ticketmaster and coordinates all necessary holds for all concerts/entertainment events owned/operated/managed by venue.
• Developing and implementing vision for the department such as protocols, accuracy of event building, implementing new ticket technology, and financial reporting.
• Working closely with multiple partners including General Manager, Marketing, Groups Sales, Parking and Event promoters to maximize ticket and parking sales.
• Managing our box office financial plan.
