Assistant Director for Compliance

Job Summary

Public Research University in Indiana is in search of an Assistand Director for Compliance. The Assistant Director for Compliance will work with the senior compliance professional with the overall operations of the compliance office including running the day-to-day operations. The position is responsible for ensuring institutional compliance with NCAA, Big Ten and University rules, regulations, and policies. Additional duties will include but are not limited to: Assisting the senior compliance professional with elite and high level matters related to our student-athletes, coaches, staff, and sport programs Providing compliance related customer service to coaches, staff and student-athletes Developing and facilitating educational programming for coaches, staff, student-athletes and donors Participating in the development and maintenance of compliance website and social media efforts Communicating department's compliance philosophy and procedures to university personnel, student-athletes and Alumni Providing research and recommendations with educational outreach regarding NCAA or Big Ten rules (e.g., initial eligibility) Providing research and recommendations with other initial eligibility related matters (e.g., academic or amateurism evaluations) Gathering, researching and monitoring of information and activities to ensure compliance of university policies and procedures
