Plaza Team

Job Summary

Sports Arena located in South Floria is seeking members to join its Plaza Team.  

Job Duties include:

• Assist conversion technicians with set up and take down of Plaza events
• Direct and greet guests as they arrive at the Arena
• Respond to and investigate incidents that occur on the East and West Plaza
• Manage large crowds pre and post-event
• Manage the lines at the ticket office, food stands, student rush, and all gates
• Provide a clean and safe environment by performing sanitization procedures
• Participate in a cross-training program amongst multiple frontline departments
