Job Summary
Catholic College Preparatory School located in Maryland is seeking an Administrative Assistant for its Athletics program.
The Administrative Assistant for Athletics will support the Director of Athletics and School by articulating the department’s strategies through various forms of communication and in executing all administrative needs for the department. In addition, s/he will confirm all games with opposing schools and submit all game results to: Website, League Websites, Media Outlets, etc. S/he will serve as the primary point of contact for all Division and Departmental Offices, for all visitors entering the Athletics Center and as the primary manager of student attendance for Athletics. S/he will support the Athletics Department communications and record keeping needs, assist with the management and assignment of officials and referees and transportation logistics as needed and with the upkeep of the Athletics webpage and facility usage schedules using Veracross, Finalsite, Google Drive and/or other applicable software platforms. S/he will collaborate with colleagues in Physical Education to plan, organize, and execute special events.
