Job Summary

Catholic University located in Washington DC is seeking an Athletic Coordinator to join its staff.

RESPONSIBILITIES & FUNCTIONS:

• Create athletic schedules and administer game contracts
• Accountable for coordination of team travel and officials
• Maintain website and social media accounts for Athletics
• Assist with Student Athlete Advisory Committee
• Manage and distribute all equipment
• Assist with student-athlete study hall and monitor grades
• Assist with student-athlete recruiting and retention
• Assist with academic tracking of student-athletes
• Supervise student-workers and facilitate/oversee game-day setup
• Attend all home games
• Create a positive and welcoming environment for all student-athletes
• Other duties as assigned
