Job Summary

The position will be in charge of coordinating the booking of full production crew ensure full complement for qualified staff while minimizing costs due to overtime and travel scenarios.

Responsibilities:

• Understanding and complying all collective bargaining agreements
• Maintains work environment that can promote diversity, inclusion with transparency in decision making
• Developing strong work relations
• Providing timely feedback/critiques/disciplinary action
• Other related tasks

Required:

• 4 years work related experience
• Strong skills communication
• MS office proficient
