INSIDE SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Job Summary

The position will be providing top level service to all traditional Partial Season members, flexible plans and mini plans.

Duties

• Make outgoing calls daily (40-50 per day)
• Maximizing renewal percentage
• Upselling of current accounts while generating referrals
• Take part and contribute to service team meetings
• Other related tasks

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree
• 1 year customer service experience
• MS Excel and tablet knowledge
• Can work varying days/hours
