Student-Athlete Development Advisor

Job Summary

The position will be managing and advising the holistic development of  Football student athletes and other women's team.

Duties

• Regular meeting with student athletes to manage their development plans
• Providing programmatic support in the pillar of Leadership and Personal Development
• Contributes to the recruiting process
• Helping to align and execute trainings
• Other related tasks

Qualifications

• Strong skills project management/organizational/time management
• Student athlete development experience
• Team player and independent
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• NCAA rules knowledge
