Job Summary


The position will be serving as HR Generalist in delivering all the facets of True to You team member experience.


Duties include:

  • Creating solid relations with Leadership in designated business units
  • Helping the designated business unit leaders to develop/execute hr plans
  • Using key team member data to inform, support the decision of organization design
  • Managing and resolving employee relations issues
  • Other related tasks


Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3 years HR role experience
  • Employment laws working knowledge
  • Employee relations knowledge
  • Strong skills communication/relations building
