Job Summary
The position will be serving as HR Generalist in delivering all the facets of True to You team member experience.
Duties include:
- Creating solid relations with Leadership in designated business units
- Helping the designated business unit leaders to develop/execute hr plans
- Using key team member data to inform, support the decision of organization design
- Managing and resolving employee relations issues
- Other related tasks
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3 years HR role experience
- Employment laws working knowledge
- Employee relations knowledge
- Strong skills communication/relations building
