Assistant Director of Athletics

Job Summary

The position will be helping to advance the vision of being and inclusive community of learners to deliver top notch education for each individual.

Duties

• Supporting and helping the Director to manage the daily operations of the university.
• Computer database maintaining
• Supervising of contests
• Contest helper management
• Entering and updating of athletics contests
• Ordering/distributing/doing inventories of equipment, uniforms, supplies
• Establishing and cultivating of community relations
• Other related tasks

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 3 years school environment experience
• Strong skills communication/logistical/organizational
• Can maintain confidential information
• MS office/Google Suite proficient
• Can lift up to 50 pounds
