Athletics Assistant

Job Summary

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Support the Athletics Director in the details needed to manage 20 Middle School and Upper School sports teams, athletes, and
• Communicate with opposing schools for con?rmation of details for competition day
• Order, organize, and distribute all athletics equipment, forms, awards, and uniforms for all teams and coaches
• Facilitate the transferal of athletes from campus to their assigned bus for training
• Support the Athletic Director in securing facilities for all team practices and games
• Submit game schedules to assignors to book o?cials/refs/umpires
• Communicate with o?cials/refs/umpires with on campus logistics and details for
• Manage maxpreps and CIF site for all Varsity
• Maintain CIF site with up-to-date rosters, schedules and results for Varsity sports
• Coordinate Athletic Trainers via Gameday for home games/meets/events
• Organize details for all Senior Night Celebrations
• Organize and schedule Concussion Testing for Upper School athletes and coaches
• Manage and send out early dismissal notices and rosters to faculty, sta?, and Division Coordinators
• Organize playo?s and post playo? games in accordance with CIF compliance
• Support attendance routines for coaches and school-day attendance
• Support game day operations -- attend home game on/o? site when Athletic Director is at “home game” o? site
• Maintain athlete paperwork for MS and US participation clearance - pre-participation physicals and required form,
• Act as a liaison between the Athletics o?ce and Business O?ce to
  • Secure transportation for all team practices and games
  • Prepare Check Requests for payment of all o?cials, gym rentals, trainers
  • Collect and organize receipts and/or create purchase orders from coaches
