Job Summary

The Assistant Manager, Premium Ticketing, manages the Premium Ticketing Department's day-to-day operations of luxury suite and premium club seat inventory. The daily Premium Ticketing Office duties include solving ticket issues, processing daily requests, planning ticket distribution processes, providing reports, and managing subordinates.

The individual should identify and develop ways to improve customer service through the premium ticket process while improving efficiencies and reducing department expenses. This is a full-time position requiring availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
