Director, Digital Club Services

Job Summary

The Digital Club Services (DCS) team supports the clubs by providing the tools, training, best practices and expertise to help them leverage their content and digital systems to drive business results. In this role you will be responsible for maintaining relationships with the club digital teams by helping them maximize their digital engagement, coordinating network-wide initiatives and supporting their business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships across multiple levels within the organization and with our clubs and partners


• Contribute to the development of digital strategy, policies, and best practices in support of club digital performance and commercial opportunities


• Collaborate with internal departments to outline goals, content plans, and support digital activation around tent-pole events including but not limited to Rivalry Week, All-Star, Decision Day, etc.


• Proactively manage DCS Calendar to schedule communications with clubs around: League initiatives, club case studies, digital product updates, and digital platform best practices

• Work with DCS team to prioritize incoming requests from all club and League departments, and successfully manage timelines and launches

• Coordinate with the  Digital Experience team 


• Work with digital analytics teams to monitor and track significant metrics to capture potential opportunities and mitigate challenges


•  Manage hiring and onboarding process by interviewing, selecting, orienting, and training employees
