Job Summary

 

The position will be coordinating of all catering events at the arena to oversee part time staff of about 30-40.

 

Duties

  • Overseeing of all catering events operation
  • Hiring, training, maintaining of part time catering staff
  • Generating of employee schedules
  • Managing of labor to ensure cost efficiency
  • Ordering of all food and beverage supplies for events
  • Overseeing the upkeeping of storage/catering areas
  • Other related tasks

 

Qualifications

  • 3 years work related experience
  • Catering operations working knowledge
  • Computer skills
  • Can pass criminal background
