Job Summary

The position will be helping to prepare and plan for the opening of new arena in the fall of 2021.

Duties of the Manager of Operation:

• Coordinating of house event related operations
• Helping to ensure the needs of event's building are satisfied
• Interviewing and hiring of team members
• Facility management
• Developing and managing of BOH staff performance criteria
• Other related tasks

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 3 years progressive experience
• Organized with project management skills
• Can lead, give clear direction while providing feedback
