Job Summary
The position will be in charge of properly managing and administering all the facets of the program as per the rules of the university, conference and NCAA.
The Swimming Coach is responsible for:
- Supporting the department's values and mission
- Recruiting qualified individuals
- Efficiently using the resources of the department
- Inviting friends of the Sports Program to connect to the Department
- Other related tasks
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3 years work related experience
- Extensive knowledge of the sports
- Strong skills communication/interpersonal/organizational
