People & Culture Coordinator

Job Summary

• Responsible to post positions to UKG and external job boards

• Contact applicants and assist them with the application process


• Schedule interviews and participate in the interview process as needed


• Schedule and assist with teaching New Hire Orientations


• Communicate with hiring managers regarding employee start dates

• Assist with day-to-day administrative HR tasks (scanning files, printing badges, scheduling meetings, etc.)


• Answer employee questions and communicate concerns and/or issues to the appropriate member of the team


• Ensure that P&C efforts continually work to create and support a culture of employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion

• Embrace a culture of inclusion and diversity where guests and team members feel welcomed, valued, and heard


• Enrich lives by creating winning experiences and timeless memories


• Operate with an emphasis on safety for employees, teams, and guests


• Other duties as assigned

• 1 – 2 years recruiting/HR experience


• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred


• PHR or SHRM-CP preferred


• Proficiency in computer software applications such as Google Suite, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point


• Knowledge of UKG/HRIS applications a plus


• Demonstrated knowledge of employment law and HR best practice


• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and sense of urgency
