Job Summary
What the Retail Brand Ambassador will be responsible for :
- Promote our brand and product in a positive and enthusiastic manner
- Engage our guests to create a unique and individualized experience
- Open and close our retail stores while handling accurate bank and store keys
- Control and maintain accurate merchandise inventory
- Supervise, teach, and assist store associates to maximize sales potential
- Assist Retail Managers and Lead Ambassadors in-store operations
- Maintain a clean and sterile work environment for the health and safety of team members and guests
What the Retail Brand Ambassador needs to have Required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to adapt to different guest interactions and situations
- Willingness to learn and be able to work well within a team
- Punctuality and reliability are a must
- Outstanding and welcoming personality and work ethic
- Flexible schedule and ability to work late hours, weekends, long nights, and holidays. Must have availability to work 80% of scheduled events monthly
- Education and Experience: Previous cash and credit card handling with a POS system experience is preferred Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 lbs. using proper lifting techniques
- Ability to stand for 4+ hours during shifts
