Job Summary

As Desktop Engineer, you should be customer service oriented, with demonstrated experience anticipating and resolving problems, while proactively helping to maximize effective and efficient use of PC, Mac, and iOS computing devices in a corporate environment.

QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidate for the role will have:

3-5 years PC, Mac, and iOS configuration experience with a proven track record of working with high performing, virtual, multi-site teams in multiple technical or business domains
3-5 years experience with building and deploying Office 365 Pro Plus and Adobe CC
3-5 years experience with building and deploying Office 365 Pro Plus and Adobe CC
3-5 years experience managing devices with SCCM, MobileIron, and JAMF Pr
3-5 years experience in an advanced technical support role
Thorough understanding of current versions of Windows and macOS
In-depth knowledge of business applications, including MS Office 2016 and Adobe CC suite
Excellent computer and technical troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication & customer service skills
Excellent technical documentation skills
Able to work independently as well as be a team player
Willing and able to support 24/7 operations, 365 days a year
Must be able to work in the United States
