Job Summary

Reporting to the Vice President, Talent Acquisition, you will aggressively drive innovative talent acquisition strategies that reflect the creativity of our company while collaborating with a variety of partners including business leadership and Human Resource partners. You will serve as a thought leader for attracting and selecting the best external talent, and for developing retention strategies that support the internal growth of our employees.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a recruitment team and key stakeholders in implementing innovative, competitive strategies for recruiting inclusive talent slates
  • Establish deep relationships with business leaders that allow you to anticipate organizational needs, leading to a proactive pipeline build of key talent
  • Collaborate with peers on multiple workflows and projects tied to strategic priorities that are critical to our success, such as: Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Events, Talent Acquisition Marketing & Candidate Experience, Data Integrity & Storytelling, and Selection & Assessment
  • Motivate and inspire our most important audience, our TA Team, to deliver world class talent critical to our success
  • Train, develop and grow a highly functioning recruitment organization that will continue to drive innovation and growth across the company

 

Basic Qualifications:

  • 7 or more years of Talent Acquisition experience supporting a content-centric organization in a leadership role
  • Demonstrated understanding of the media content business
  • Collaboration first mindset that leans into the strengths of others to find the best solutions to solve the most challenging problems
  • Commitment to driving diversity, equity and inclusion with every hire at scale
  • Proven leadership track record managing senior executive relationships; ability to collaborate and build relationships with stakeholders across functional and organizational lines while navigating matrixed organizational structures
  • Ability to develop and implement successful recruitment, sourcing and selection and assessment strategies
  • Knowledge of, and experience with, technology tools to support the recruitment function
  • Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Strong experience developing networks of candidates from a diverse range of backgrounds
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to listen and adapt messages
