Staff Accountant I

Job Summary

• Enter payroll information into the Isolved system


• Assist with Accounts Payable


• Assist with G/L account Reconciliations


• Assist with vendor 1099's


• Assist with credit card reconciliations


• Enter fixed assets into the BC system and reconcile fixed assets monthly


• Auction duties as assigned by the Controller.

• Detail oriented and ability to muli-task


• Ability to work in a fast changing environment with tight deadlines


• Computer skills (MS Office, Intermediate level Excel)


• Analytical skills


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• 2+ years experience in Payroll Accounting, G/L, A/P or A/R.


• Medium to large company accounting software experience (Microsoft NAV, GP, Oracle, SAP)
