Assistant/Associate Director for Resource Development
This position works closely with assigned senior development officers to identify prospective donors, cultivate donor relationships and solicit donations or gifts from individuals, corporations or foundations.
A Bachelor's Degree, three years of relevant experience, and an active Christian faith are required. A Master's Degree and six years of relevant experience are preferred.
What You Will Do
- Administrative Leadership/Management: Provide leadership, oversight and management to Annual Fund department staff.
- Strategic Planning: Assist with preparation of an annual work plan outlining strategic initiatives, correlating gift table, and prospect pipeline to successfully reach annual donor and dollar goals.
- Ticket Office Coordination: Assist with coordination of ticket office strategies cultivating annual fund giving and driving additional ticket sales.
- Fiscal Responsibility: Determine and manage departmental budget as assigned. Oversee and create engaging and functioning policies and procedures; conduct annual audits, investigate and implement best practices; ensure fiscal accountability and thorough documentation.
