Senior Coordinator, Properties

Job Summary

This role will support our partnerships with Concacaf and U.S. Soccer. The Senior Coordinator, Properties will support the work managing the overall business relationship and leading commercial packaging and property growth initiatives. The role will focus on the management of project timelines, as well as development of marketing and commercial frameworks, presentations, and other supporting assetss.

What you will be doing:

• Serve as internal property resource and owner of cross-department project timelines

• Support development of commercial platforms, including the creation of presentations and proposals


• Maintain understanding of industry-leading commercial platforms and identify key learnings that are relevant for U.S. Soccer and Concacaf


• Lead the organization of information, assets and data, as well as the sharing of that work product with internal and external stakeholders


• Develop processes and workflows to further a culture of integrated and analytical thought across relevant areas

Required:

• Additional responsibilities as assigned 


• Bachelor’s Degree


• 3+ years of marketing, sponsorship and brand management

• Knowledge of domestic soccer, international soccer and general sports marketplace


• Strong analytical skills and experience understanding and interpreting quantitative and qualitative research


• Strong relationship-building, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills

• Tireless work ethic and commitment to excellence


• Ability and willingness to travel and to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays


• Superior organization, project management skills and attention to detail


• High level of commitment to quality work product and organizational ethics, integrity and compliance


• Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, team environment

• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook


• Demonstrated decision making and problem-solving skills


• Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
