Senior Director, Corporate Partnerships

Job Summary

• Manage all aspects of the Club’s Corporate Partnership sales and activation platform

• Lead team that executes both sales and activation of the corporate partnerships


• Assist the CRO with the go-to-market plan, rate card pricing, target prospect lists, and other sponsorship sales functions as directed 


• Achieve department revenue goals and accountable for tracking sales activities in CRM 


• Present and negotiate corporate partnership assets and terms directly with client 

• Lead on-site home game corporate partnership activation and hospitality


• Manage corporate partnership communication, research, reporting, and trend projections to CRO 
   

•  Experience in Corporate Partnership Sales and Activation.


• Management experience of sales/activation team 


• Proven track record of delivering sales revenue 

• Ability to work non-traditional hours, including schedule home game that can/will be weekends, evenings and perhaps holidays. 


•  Experience managing data and working with CRM platforms 


•  Strong communication and sales skills including written, verbal and interpersonal 


•  Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, CRM and similar software applications
