Coordinator, Properties and Events

Job Summary

The Coordinator, Properties & Events will support the Properties & Events Team in the integrated platform planning process across key stakeholders in the business. The Coordinator will also support the integrated platform planning process across key stakeholders in the business.

Duties include:

• Serve as internal property resource and owner of cross-department project timelines


• Support the development and growth of new League initiatives, including, but not limited to, sponsorships, content, digital/social media and consumer products, by the creation of presentation and proposals


• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external property, media and agency partners to develop solutions that deliver for commercial partners


• Maintain understanding of industry-leading commercial platforms and identify key learnings that are relevant for development of League initiatives


• Support the aggregation of cross department promotional plans to provide a holistic view on promotion of League platforms


• Support the post event/platform recap process 


• through development of debriefing materials that organize information, assets, and data, for distribution to internal and external stakeholders


• Support the development of processes and work flows to further a culture of integrated and analytical thought across relevant areas


• Additional responsibilities as assigned

Required:

• A minimum of 1-3 years of marketing, sponsorship and brand management experience


• Proven ability to develop commercial and marketing frameworks, as well as presentations with clear and concise narratives


• Outstanding PowerPoint and presentation-building skills, with understanding of visual design principles

• Commitment to building positive team environments and experience that demonstrate leadership traits


• Tireless work ethic and commitment to excellence


• Willingness to travel


• Bachelor’s degree required (MBA / MA preferred)
