Ticket Office Manager

Job Summary

• Maintain customer relations in working with ticket holders as issues arise for customer relations


• Oversee the day-to-day operation of the ticketing system including all backend operations, building and maintaining ticket packages, and running reports.  

• Help in selling efforts including ticket packages, season tickets, hospitality, birthday programs, and sponsorship.  


• Working with General Manager, Finance and Concessions to generate accurate reporting for revenues and compiling for nightly, monthly, quarterly and season-long reports


• Be a good team member and assist when needed on stadium and sales projects to help the with the betterment of the team and organization with an all hands on deck approach

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited college/university  


• Minimum three years experience working in a ticket office. 


• Experience with Tickets.com is preferred. 


•  Experience using a CRM system- SCORE experience is a plus


•  Strong leadership skills


• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to self-start


• Ability to work long hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
