Operations Assistant

Job Summary

• Provide administrative support to the Corporate Operations Management team

• Maintain processes, policies, and procedures to improve communication, efficiencies, and scalability


• Build relationships with external partners and understand the functionality of platforms used company-wide


• Facilitate systems trainings for the Operations team


• Support all departments through organic and acquisition-based growth

• Bachelor’s degree or higher


• Corporate business and/or sports industry experience is highly preferred

• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills


• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint/Word)


• Ability to quickly learn new systems, processes, and procedures in a fast-paced environment


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills


• Willingness to work hard with a positive attitude
