Job Summary

The primary responsibility of this position is to work on field with student-athletes. In addition the secondary assistant coach will be responsible for scouting teams, breaking down game film and working with the Assistant Coach in practice and game planning.

 Your Key Responsibilities:

• Helps to identify, engage, attend events where recruits are participating
• Participates in the process of scouting teams and breaking down game films
• Completes project work and administrative duties as assigned by members of the team
• Participates in Teaching and player development
• Assists head coach with practice planning, practice execution, game strategy, and game management

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or bachelor's degree or 2 to 3 years equivalent experience required
• Prior coaching experience
• Demonstrated success with recruiting qualified student-athletes
• Comprehensive understanding of NCAA rules.
• Experience with Front Rush and film breakdown software
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Good collaborator and team player
